We are looking for a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic individual to join our small and welcoming close-knit team here at Karma Salford Hall hotel in Abbots Salford, near Evesham.
Daily tasks to include:
1. Welcoming visitors and guests to the hotel with a smile
2. Checking guests in and out
3. Showing guests to rooms and assisting with their luggage where applicable
4. Liaising with guests whilst always upholding professional standards
5. Handling queries from guests and colleagues in an efficient manner
6. Preparing bills, taking payments and handling cash responsibly
7. Processing bookings and queries on the telephone, via email and face to face
8. Willingness to work as a team and jump in to assist colleagues and guests as and when required
9. Anticipate guest needs and exceed their expectations wherever possible
Please note that due to the beautiful location of the property it can be difficult to reach with public transport, therefore access to your own transport is advisable.
