PMO Lead required for a leading client based in in Birmingham. My client is currently seeking a PMO Lead to come on board to Lead a comprehensive project focused on implementing a full-scale stock solution across the client’s operations. This solution will integrate menu planning, purchasing, stock control, and waste tracking, organized into three primary workstreams: Systems, Processes, and Data.
The PMO Lead will be responsible for overseeing project governance, ensuring adherence to timelines, managing the budget, and facilitating clear and effective communication among all stakeholders.
PMO Lead experience
Experience of Managing PMO Analysts
Project Governance
System, Processes, and Data.
Ensure seamless integration and alignment of workstream activities with overarching project objectives.
Identify and allocate project resources, optimizing utilization and capacity planning.
Assist in the development and training of project team members, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
Organize regular stakeholder meetings, ensuring transparent communication of project progress, risks, and challenges.
Oversee stakeholder expectations to ensure they align with project goals and objectives.
Extensive experience in managing complex, multi-workstream project environments.
Demonstrated success in leading intricate projects from initiation through to completion.
Skilled in using project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
Resource Management
