Job Title: Junior Recruitment Specialist
Location: South Yorkshire
We are seeking a proactive and organised Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 10 months. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles, building talent pipelines, and providing exceptional support to our Recruitment Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing passive candidates using networking, social media, targeted outreach, and CV databases.
* Building and maintaining talent pipelines for challenging roles and specific locations.
* Conducting pre-screening calls to assess candidate suitability and generate leads for Recruitment Specialists.
* Using Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to find niche talent.
* Managing recruitment processes with efficiency and accuracy, from job advertisements to interview coordination.
* Overseeing the recruitment inbox, responding to candidate inquiries promptly.
* Collaborating with the People Support team to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
* Tracking onboarding progress and addressing any issues to create a seamless candidate experience.
* Working closely with Recruitment Specialists to align on priorities and sourcing strategies.
Requirements:
* Strong networking and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
* A highly proactive mindset with a drive to take ownership of tasks.
* Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Adaptable and calm under pressure, thriving in changing priorities.
* Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* Customer-focused approach, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Essential Qualifications:
* Maths & English Level 2 (or equivalent).
* Previous experience in recruitment administration or candidate sourcing.
