Our client are a global organisation who are a market leader in their sector who work with Cosmetic & Beauty brands. As a Key Account Manager you will be looking after the Key Accounts, building relationships and making new ones along the journey.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop a sales forecast, set business development and key account strategies for the assigned accounts in line with the business strategy.
* Understand customers’ key business requirements to determine current and future business needs
* Develop a key account strategy for existing customers that enhance existing revenue and margins, by introducing new products that expand the business relationship, optimising pricing & repeat orders.
* Introduce innovations to existing and prospective customers, and act as a key advisor in helping them select solutions best suited to their needs.
* Increase sales volumes with maximum profitability, in the assigned accounts. Look for continuous improvement.
Experience Required
* Experience working in a Key Account Manager role or similar
* Exposure managing major retail brands accounts
* Ideally have experience in packaging
