Are you a skilled and reliable Handyperson?
HMS are looking for a proactive individual to provide high-quality facilities maintenance and cleaning services across domestic
and commercial locations.
This role is based in various locations across the north west, including our 3 heartlands - Liverpool, Warrington and St Helens.
A work van and fuel card will be provided.
Responsibilities:
* Perform general maintenance, cleaning and repair tasks.
* Identify and report any major repair needs.
* Use IT systems for work orders and material management.
* Ensure fire doors, emergency exits, and alarms are in working order.
* Follow a job schedule while being flexible for urgent tasks.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience of Cleaning, Caretaking or Facilities maintenance.
* Full UK or EU driving license
Additional Information:
Each successful applicant will be required to complete the following pre-employment checks prior to a start date being agreed:

* 2x Completed references
* OH Health Questionnaire – Fit For Work
* DBS check (if required for role)
* Completion of all new starter documentation including signed T&C’s
