Job Description
As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a team of multi-Skilled Technicians. Your main objectives will be to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities, with a focus on safety, quality and productivity. You will also be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to your team, as well as identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with other departments to achieve our goals. You will also be responsible for leading projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our processes and reducing costs. Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. You should have a degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or maintenance management, and several years of experience in a similar role. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent problem-solving skills.
