Job Title: Business Analyst – Finance/HR Systems Integration & Migration Pay Rate: £450-500 Outside IR35 Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on Business Analyst with experience in finance and HR systems integration and migration within sectors such as construction and engineering, real estate management, infrastructure maintenance, building materials and supply, or energy management and sustainability services. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and migration of finance and HR data and systems, providing end-to-end support from requirements gathering to implementation and post-migration analysis. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who excels in dynamic environments, capable of "rolling up their sleeves" to dive deep into the details. You will be responsible for mapping business processes, documenting system requirements, and coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering and process mapping for finance and HR systems integration/migration projects Collaborate with technical and business teams to design and document solutions Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting to support migration efforts Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery Provide post-migration support and training to end-users Requirements: Proven experience in systems integration and migration projects within finance and HR Sector experience in construction and engineering, real estate management, infrastructure maintenance, building materials and supply, or energy management and sustainability services Strong ERP system knowledge (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
