This is a fully remote working position based anywhere in the UK. We are delighted to continue our long established partnership with our highly successful client already a prominent global organisation in their sector as they grow their team in the USA. Reporting to the HR Manager in the UK, and supporting key stakeholders in the USA, you will be responsible for day to day HRBP activities. Key priorities will be:
* Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, providing support and advice on a range of HR issues
* Develop and manage relationships with 3rd party providers to ensure all managed processes are compliant with USA law ie contracts of employment, policies, pre-screening checks
* Work collaboratively with the Executive Principal in the USA to ensure all resourcing plans are implemented timely and are compliant with USA law
In addition, the successful candidate with have experience of managing UK and APAC processes which include:
1. Provide guidance, coaching and support to managers on HR and employee issues
2. Manage a range of complex HR and ER issues as well as escalated cases
3. Monitor, review and update all HR policies
4. Lead business wise HR projects and initiatives
