The Role: As a Supply Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects and year groups, following school curriculum guidelines. Follow lesson plans provided by the school or create your own if needed. Mark and assess students’ work where required, providing constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent – applications from ECTs are welcome. Experience teaching in a primary or secondary school setting. The ability to adapt to different classroom environments and year groups. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
