About the Opportunity:
We are currently seeking to identify talented Commissioning Engineers to join us for an immediate mobilization to one of our commissioning teams in the South of England.
The role:
The Commissioning Engineer will be part of a multi discipline commissioning team that will support the project commissioning team leader through the commissioning preparation and execution phases. This position will contribute to development of commissioning plans and manage tasks within the System Commissioning scope of work, which will be further detailed in the Plant test schedule, system Commissioning Plan and the System Acceptance Plan
Responsibilities :
1. Ensure Safety is the highest priority on the project with a continued strive towards Zero Harm. He ensures that he is a role model for all aspects of safety, ensuring a proactive approach to nuclear, radiological, conventional and environmental safety;
2. Carry out commissioning preparation, test documents, commissioning test packs and RAMS;
3. Carry out all testing activities throughout all stages of commissioning;
4. Contribute to the production of test documentation;
5. Contribute to the initiation and implementation of FOBs and TQs;
6. Perform testing activities for witnessing by third parties;
7. Application and removal of Temporary Commissioning Aids;
8. Contribute to the recording of supporting data in accordance with test requirements.
Here's What You'll Need:
9. Ability to perform commissioning work against a project schedule;
10. 3 years commissioning in a similar role for either the nuclear industry or another highly regulated industry;
11. Experience with completions management systems;
12. Preferred HNC/HND in Engineering related subject or route to achieve similar.
