Metro Rod Northampton, a well-known quality regional drain care and repair business and part of the national network of Metro Rod operations, are seeking an office administrator to join their team in the Northampton area.

Duties
* Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and courtesy.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
* Provide clerical support, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
* Assist with the management of office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency.
* Provide quick-turn quotations for customers via an in-house quote system ensuring internal targets are met.
* Communicate feedback to customers on a daily basis.
* Work with our marketing team to improve customer care and relationships.
* Constantly update a bespoke works system in a timely manner to ensure high productivity is consistently achieved.
* Manage and maintain engineers' job budgets in line with client authorisations.
* Process job cards, invoices, and card payments for customers.
* Liaise with clients, colleagues, staff in other departments, and with external contacts.
* Manage and prioritise workloads effectively.
You will possess a high level of IT skills and display confidence and professionalism in dealing with customer enquiries over the phone, ensuring you go above and beyond to help them.
