Job Type/Shift Patterns: Full-time, Monday to Friday, either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, totaling 37.5 working hours per week. (This role offers Hybrid flexibility of 3 Days Work from Office and rest days' Work from Home)
Pay Rate: £15.33/Hr. + Holiday pay £2.16 =>> £17.49/Hr.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Information Analyst will provide support to the Information Services Manager in delivering accurate, timely, and relevant business intelligence to the Care Groups and Corporate Directorates. The role involves extracting and analyzing data to assist in the monitoring and improvement of Trust services. The analyst will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of routine reports and providing essential information to external organizations when required. The role demands a proactive approach in supporting decision-making processes within the Trust.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Extract, analyze, and present data for performance monitoring and reporting.
* Produce and manage patient information reports for external use and central returns.
* Maintain report quality and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
* Support teams, train staff, and represent the department in meetings.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
* Proficiency in using SQL.
* At least 1 year of experience in a data-focused or analytical role.
* Competence in using spreadsheets (Excel) and databases (e.g., MS Access, SQL).
* Ability to produce and interpret analytical reports and dashboards.
A Level or equivalent in a numerate subject.
