Job summary PLEASE NOTE; The start date for this post will be no earlier than May 2025 The Ophthalmology department at Lincoln Hospital is a busy and patient focused area. The Retinal administrator team provides a comprehensive service to the consultants and their teams and is essential in the provision of a high quality patient experience. The post-holder will support the administration and secretarial teams. Experience working in a customer care or office environment is advantageous as is experience in communicating with patients/customers. The office operates Monday - Friday and the hours would be flexible, ensuring the office is covered with this friendly established team. The Retinal Team are based in a large office with the Secretaries, Secretarial Supports and some of our Failsafe Officers and all work together as a team. Main duties of the job The successful applicants will be an enthusiastic team player and will be required to have GCSE English and Maths grade C or equivalent. A flexible approach to work is required and an ability to get on with others in a team based environment.
