Role Description
3 Month Contract
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager located in Norwich.
The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing site resources, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Must have SMSTS, CSCS, and FIRST AID certification.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience.
Qualifications:
1. Project Management, Construction Management, and Site Management skills.
2. Experience in managing site resources and coordinating with contractors.
3. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
8. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
