Our client SP Energy Networks is currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join the team based in Bonnybridge on a contract basis.
This role is a contract for 12 months initially and is Monday to Friday.
Role
As a Logistics Team Member, you will be responsible for a fast-paced process that requires a high level of accuracy in your work as you monitor and assist in the goods in/out process. Duties will include picking, packing, and matching up orders in a timely fashion with complete accuracy.
What you'll be doing

1. Take delivery of goods and supplies
2. Check for damaged or missing items
3. Store goods appropriately
4. Pick and pack orders for dispatch
5. Move stock around either by hand, using lifting equipment, or a forklift truck
6. Load goods for dispatch
7. Input data regarding stock and inventory into the SAP ERP system (Training Provided)
8. Keep accurate stock records
9. Carry out weekly stock counts locally and across the network as and when required
10. Ensure that all lifting and maneuvering of products is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
11. Handle any hazardous materials in an appropriate manner
What you'll bring
1. Excellent time management skills
2. Able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
3. Flexible approach and ability to prioritize tasks
4. Developed skills using Microsoft Office Packages (Word and Excel)
5. Familiarity with SAP, Plant and Circuits, Business Objects (Not critical)
6. Valid clean driving license (Class 2 would be advantageous)
7. Preferably experience operating forklift trucks (counterbalance + Reach), but will put candidate through this if required
