Dale Building Maintenance Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor to oversee and manage our insurance restoration projects.

This role involves coordinating drying works and supervising both direct labour and subcontractors to ensure high-quality restoration services.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of restoration processes, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of insurance restoration projects, including water damage, fire damage, mould remediation, and drying works.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise, train, and support direct labour teams, including technicians and site workers.
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to company standards and project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and safety compliance.
- Technical Oversight:
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the restoration process.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations on all job sites.
- Conduct safety meetings and ensure team adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including daily logs, change orders, and safety reports.
- Present monthly Tool box talks to the team, recording attendance.
- Complete monthly H&S audits on all trades and contractors.
- Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and address any concerns or questions from clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any service issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Trade background is essential.
- Supervision/Management of Trades is desirable.
- Proven experience managing drying works and coordinating both direct labour and subcontractors.
- Skills :
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in restoration software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Solid understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.
- Perficient in the use of all Microsoft applications is essential

- Dew Point drying or equivalent Desirable -Time served tradesman or better Benefits:
