Job overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, committed, dynamic individuals to join our Team at Salford Royal Foundation Trust who will have the opportunity to rotate between sites to provide Cardiac Diagnostic Services from Salford Royal and the community setting.
Applicants must have British Society of Echocardiography accreditation or equivalent.
Main duties of the job
Independently practises with a high level of skill and autonomy at Advanced Specialist level in Echocardiography.
Provides effective day-to-day leadership of the cardiac physiology team within the advanced specialist field and other areas when required.
Actively participates in practical & theoretical training & development of multidisciplinary healthcare professionals from inside and outside of the organisation.
Participates in cardiac & associated medical research as integral to the role.
To undertake any other duties which are deemed appropriate to the band when requested by Principal Cardiac Physiologist.
