Your Role as SENCO:

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Leading SEND strategy and interventions, ensuring high-quality provision
* Supporting EHCP applications and liaising with external agencies
* Delivering training and CPD for staff on SEND best practices
* Monitoring student progress and implementing targeted support plans
* Working closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams

* A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in SEND education
* Either NASENCO qualified or working towards the qualification
* Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and EHCP processes
