Take business calls and distribute/transfer to relevant departments or persons within the business.
Responsibilities:
1. Visitor management - issue badges, etc.
2. Book meeting rooms as and when required.
3. Taxi bookings for employees and visitors.
4. Maintain a tidy front of house space, reporting any issues or defects to Trevor/Jon.
5. Maintain a tidy kitchen, keeping stocked up and ordering as required.
6. Send out weekly Exec movements sheet.
7. Sort post and scan to recipients/send post using franking machine.
