Are you an enthusiastic product designer eager to explore new challenges?
Main Responsibilities:
1. Proficient in various UX methods and full lifecycle, including gathering user and stakeholder requirements.
2. Excellent in creating UX materials such as User Journey Maps, Personas and Goals, Information Architecture, User Flows, Wireframe Prototypes, and conducting Usability Testing.
3. Experience designing for Data Analytics software, Acquisition software or related industries.
4. Adapt design delivery to synchronize with development and business, balancing ownership of user requirements and usability concerns of the product.
5. Collaborate with product managers and frontend development teams.
6. Explain and justify design decisions based on established principles and standards.
7. Experienced in conducting UI/UX or human factors studies, with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
8. Design screens and create high-fidelity prototypes.
9. Define and maintain a product design system for consistency across the application.
10. Skilled in designing comprehensive digital products and systems beyond websites.
11. Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and the Adobe Creative Suite.
12. Plan, conduct and report Usability Testing.
13. Track, report and iterate design for usability bugs on the product.
14. Thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment, adhering to deadlines.
15. Knowledgeable of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
16. Eager to acquire new design skills.
17. Ability to take innovation initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years of proven experience in UX design.
2. At least 2 years of experience in Visual design.
3. Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating significant contributions to UX and visual design projects.
4. Expertise in gathering user and stakeholder requirements, Personas and Goals, User Journey Maps, Information Architecture, User Flows, Wireframe Prototypes, and conducting Usability Testing.
5. Team player with effective communication skills.
6. Proficiency in English.
7. Bachelor's or Master's in Design or related field.
