The Role
Within Private Client, the Tier 1 ranked Trust and Tax team punch well above their nationally, bringing Top 50 quality work to Salisbury in providing an unmatched level of service to affluent individuals.
Lead from the front by Partners that often progressed internally within the team, you will advise on wills, trusts and tax planning for high net worth the UK and foreign domiciled individuals, trustees and beneficiaries.
The team often supports owners of farms and estates, companies and partnerships, and offshore trusts in cross-border and jurisdiction tax and succession planning and all relevant tax implications.
Bringing your existing expertise into the team, you will work on complex and HNW matters from Day 1 while working in a manner fitting to your long-term development to Senior Associate and beyond, something the firm will and has a documented history of encouraging.
The Requirements
* NQ Private Client solicitor (must have completed a seat in Private Client during training contract)
* Commercially orientated.
* Be keen to be developed and to undertake the STEP certificate qualification
* Full driving licence
