Minster, a leading specialist insulation, dry lining and ceilings solutions distributor, are looking for Warehouse Assistants to join the team in our brand newbranch in Northampton, who are as passionate about great service as we are.

Hours : Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
Location : Minster, Kilvey Road, Brackmills, Northampton, NN4 7BQ
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the loading and unloading of customer and delivery vehicles - using a forklift where needed (in-house training provided)
* Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
* Pick and prepare items to fulfil customer orders
* Check incoming stock deliveries and put away in appropriate area
* Getting to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions
* Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone)
* Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
* Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
Required Skills and Experience
* Manual handling experience with MHE would be beneficial, however we do provide forklift training
* Experience in a customer facing role
* Comfortable working in a predominantly outdoor environment
* Flexible with a positive can-do attitude
