Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support : Raising and forwarding quotations, processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate sales records
2. Customer Relationship : Responding to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication
3. Sales Orders : Creating sales orders, confirming delivery dates, and maintaining quotation log
4. Organising : Attending sales meetings, keeping track of changing customer requirements, and ensuring all tasks are actioned
5. Compliance : Adhering to quality procedures and health & safety regulations while maintaining a safe and tidy workspace
