Provide excellent customer service by establishing rapport with customers, addressing their needs, offering personalized recommendations Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies, and effectively communicate this information to customers and team members. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, securing the store, and other operational tasks. Provide feedback to store management on customer trends, product feedback, and any other relevant information. Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and sizing, and offer personalised recommendations. Capture and utilise customer data to enhance their shopping experience and build brand loyalty, complying with all GDPR requirements. Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and visually appealing, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
