Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality care within our care home.

As a Care Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents while fostering a supportive environment for your team.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and lead a team of care staff, ensuring that all members are trained and supported in their roles.
* Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans for residents, ensuring they are tailored to individual needs.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
* Monitor the quality of care provided by the team, implementing improvements as necessary to maintain high standards.
* Conduct regular team meetings to discuss resident care, address concerns, and promote teamwork.
* Maintain accurate records of resident care and staff performance in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Foster a positive environment that promotes dignity, respect, and independence for all residents.
Experience:
* Previous experience in senior care or a similar role is essential.
* Proven supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
* Strong IT skills for maintaining records and communicating with other professionals.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with residents and their families.
* A solid understanding of care plans and the ability to adapt them based on changing needs.
* Leadership experience within a care home setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
