Main Purpose of the Job:
* Maintain and support the sales and services to new and existing customers.
* Assist in identifying new sales opportunities with existing customers or new prospects.
* Following up potential new sales enquiries.
* Building strong relationships, internally as well as externally
* Develop long term customer loyalty by regular customer contact and customer service.
* Support the sales function by handling customer enquiries and responding on pricing requests.
* Carrying out administrational functions in line with the role to support the wider sales team
* Dealing with day-to-day customer enquiries
* Tracking and reporting on existing customer sales performance
* Assisting with order processing as and when required.
* First point of contact for online sales enquires
* Supporting on site customer visits
