Role Name And Description Transfer Pricing Senior Manager - As a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager, you'll thoroughly and accurately analyse information, apply economic/financial knowledge to client situations and develop effective approaches to clients' financial circumstances. Subsequently, you’ll take a lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans. You'll also develop and deliver transfer pricing and economic ideas through timely, responsive services/products, and identify transfer pricing opportunities. Your Key Responsibilities Delivering projects consistently by applying designated methodology, processes, standards and technology tools and with respect to turnaround, quality, handling workflow distribution and meeting volume Working as single point of contact on engagements for users regarding service delivery and day-to-day operations Monitor metrics for service delivery, opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and implement appropriate modifications to process Instil GDS/EY culture at the individual level Help implement strategic initiatives, as defined by Service Line Leaders Proactively and timely identify operational problems and propose solutions. Works with resource manager to ensure the strategy is met To qualify for the role, you must have Master's degree in any stream, or CA/ ICWA/CS Inter/ Final/CFA Any advanced degree in economics, law, finance, tax or accounting; a CPA or similar certification, additional Degree/ Diploma/Specialization in fields related to International Taxation, Financial Instruments Market, Specialization in Quantitative Finance A minimum of eight years' transfer pricing or similar experience and an understanding of complex transfer pricing concept Excellent managerial, organizational, project management, analytical, and verbal/written communication concepts Fluent in English and any language Dutch, French, Italian, Finish. Your main objective is to lead and participate in transfer pricing engagements by thoroughly and accurately analysing information, applying economic/financial knowledge to client situations and develop effective approaches to clients' financial circumstances. Manage, support and participate in preparation of global documentation, performing benchmarking/ planning assignments, assisting with audit defence, and participate in advance pricing agreements (APAs) Assist in managing engagement economics by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues and to project leaders Display general knowledge of engagement “big picture” Assist partners to expand the current business offerings and identify additional opportunities to work with other EY practices Build strong internal relationships within the transfer pricing team and across other services Contributing and motivating team members toward achievement of team goals Identify gaps in teams knowledge, initiate strategies to fill them and keep teams abreast of new service methodologies, tools and technologies and provide suggestions for their applications Develop, mentor and supervise Analysts, Advanced Analysts, Assistant Managers and Managers Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff Foster collaboration and constructive communication within the team Take ownership of your schedule and proactively seek work when necessary to meet your annual chargeability goal Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting, retaining and training transfer pricing professionals Maintain an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently What We Offer EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
