An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Community Mental Health Nurse to work within the Adult Caithness Community Mental Health team
As a CMHN in Caithness you will work within an Integrated Health and Social Care Team and be required to carry out assessments, care planning, care implementation and reviews and act as a care co-ordinator where appropriate for clients in the Caithness area, and be part of the place of safety team
You will need to demonstrate a broad range of clinical therapeutic work as well as being able to work both independently and within the multi-disciplinary team setting.
The applicant would be required to travel efficiently and effectively to undertake the role.
You will need to be registered with the NMC and work within code of conduct at all times.
A driving licence is essential and a pool car may be available, however, applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, if required.
This is a permanent 37 hours per week post, worked in accordance with service requirements. The role will also include being part of the Place of Safety service for escort of detained patients to a psychiatric in-patient facility.
