We are recruiting for an Account Administrator to join us in Cirencester.
What You'll Be Doing
* Research, prepare and supply information as requested.
* Operate a CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system e.g. Verisae.
* Draft, prepare and upload documents to both external and internal CAFM systems, ensuring all documents are audited in line with our customer requirements.
* Chasing our Subcontractors and self-delivery teams for any missing documents.
* Data inputting.
* Monitoring and managing a shared inbox, ensuring all items are actioned with a high level of professional correspondence and filed in an organized manner.
* Undertake day-to-day administration in association with the Service Delivery Team.
* Act as a central source of information dealing directly with customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Working to pre-determined daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s.
* Provide telephone support and answer calls in a professional manner, logging work orders on the CAFM system and providing updates where required.
* Accurate & full recording of updates & notes on in-house and external software and portals.
* General Administrative duties.
What We're Looking For
Specific Qualifications:
* Strong MS Office skills together with knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP’s).
Knowledge & Experience:
* Understanding of soft facilities management.
* Experience of business systems preferably Verisae.
* Technical knowledge of property assets and their maintenance requirements.
* Frequency of assets.
* Understanding of certification/reports, to interpret supply chains dockets.
* Understanding the importance of managing costs and expenses, applying the necessary controls.
* Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
* Able to work as an individual and use own initiative and as part of a team.
