Our client, a well-established company with over 40 years of success in the industry, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as a Customer Support Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and coordinating service schedules. Experience is not essential, as full training is provided!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver outstanding customer service when communicating with clients.
2. Record and manage customer interactions and service requests.
3. Coordinate and schedule service visits, ensuring optimal efficiency.
4. Liaise between clients, technicians, and managers to ensure smooth operations.
5. Manage emails and support tickets professionally and promptly.
6. Maintain high standards of care and professionalism in all client interactions.
7. Assist with additional administrative and customer service duties as required.
Job Requirements:
1. Competent with basic computer skills.
2. Excellent communication abilities.
3. Ability to manage tasks and prioritise effectively.
