Customer Success Key Responsibilities:
* Become an expert in all Peoplesafe Products and Services
* Identify key decision makers within the client organization
* Research and understand your account base as well as industry trends
* Run and monitor reports on all aspects of the clients' account across multiple systems to take proactive action.
* Plan & prepare for every check-in or Review call
* Work proactively and strategically to build key customer relationships acting as the Face of Peoplesafe
* Complete Monthly/Quarterly Service Review Meetings with customer base.
* Become a Trusted Customer Partner through knowledge of their account and our role in their Health & Safety strategy.
* Be the customer's advocate internally, receiving and managing feedback on the customer's experience across Peoplesafe teams.
* Lead meetings with customers & internally, recording actions, responsible people, and timelines. Hold people accountable to actions to ensure swift completion of actions and solutions.
* Handle objections internally and externally by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
* Create, track and deliver Success Plans to help customers achieve their goals
* Update Customer Health Scores as an early indicator of cancellation of subscriptions or customer accounts.
* Retain all clients year on year with minimal cancellation of services or subscriptions.
* Identify new product/service upsell opportunities and support Sales with achieving common goals
* Work within a team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
* Deliver product/service training or trial set-ups to customers via webinars, face-to-face sessions, and presentations
* Attend trade shows & manage the stands, invite customers to participate.
