Description of Role and Client:
The Chief Data Officer will lead the development and execution of comprehensive data strategies within a leading insurance organization. The client seeks a seasoned data professional to manage and enhance data governance frameworks, ensuring robust compliance and alignment with broader organizational governance. This role falls inside IR35. 3 days presence on site in London required as a minimum.
Responsibilities:
* Define, implement, and oversee enterprise-wide data strategies.
* Establish and manage data governance frameworks.
* Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
* Drive improvements in data quality, master data management, lineage, and traceability.
* Engage and communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Candidate Requirements / Profile:

* Expertise in data governance and regulatory frameworks.
* Strong track record in stakeholder management and communication.

* Contract duration: Initially 6 months, potential extension up to 3 years.
