We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the team at HMP Bullingdon, a category B male prison near Bicester.
HMP Bullingdon is a busy remand prison, so we have a high turnover of inmates, which makes for a fast paced, challenging,. but exciting environment! You will have some interaction with prisoners so you will have a lot of variety in this role! This is a fantastic opportunity to join the healthcare team on site (created due to an internal promotion), ensuring that patients receive the best quality care, and the healthcare team are fully supported. We offer free parking onsite, and have a bus stop outside. Hours: This is a full time role, working hours per week. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 & 09:00 - 17:00. Salary: This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £26,145 depending on experience. How will we support you?

Main duties of the job
As our new Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
1. Dealing with patients, healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email, delivering a high level service at all times, including reviewing complaints
2. Provide a high quality admin service to the healthcare team
3. Coordinate clinics and chase referrals (internal and external)
4. Arrange and chase hospital appointments, prisoner release and transfers, and arrange appointments for follow on care
5. Work with SystmOne to upload and update patient information
6. Assist in the substance misuse admin team when needed

Our new Administrator will have:
18. Experience within an administrative role / setting - any experience in a healthcare environment would be an advantage (GP surgery, hospital etc)
19. Experience of using SystmOne
20. Confident in using data, maintaining databases and producing reports
21. Comfortable dealing with a range of colleagues across specialisms, as well as internal and external stakeholders
