We have a completely brand new permanent job with our client for an IT Support Manager. The IT Support Manager role will involve: Managing support Organising support Status track support Defining support Responding to client issues Meeting SLAs ITIL Communicating with clients and internal team It is not desktop/hardware or Windows-based at all, but it needs someone with experience who can shape the support area within the business and potentially grow a small team. The tech teams handle current issues, but we need to find someone to triage support issues related to software. Permanent position only. No sponsorship is on offer. It would ideally suit someone with strong support management and ITIL/SLA experience.
