Job Description
1. Manage daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
2. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
3. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
4. Maintain employee records
5. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
6. Handle office maintenance and facility management matters
7. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
8. Monitor office expenses and negotiate contracts with vendors
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR & Office Manager should have:
1. Proven experience in HR or administrative roles
2. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
3. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
4. Knowledge of HR regulations and employment laws (desirable)
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
