We are looking for a: W/M – Head of Wholesale UK Working in collaboration with the UK Commercial director and alongside the UK wholesale team, the successful candidate will be expected to drive sales and implement new opportunities and ensure strong communication at all levels and with all department within the company. Job responsibilities include: WHS UK/Ireland commercial strategy Build and execute the company's strategic plan within the UK region, focusing on sales growth and profitability. Meet or exceed the agreed turnover and EBIT for the territory. Develop dedicated commercial strategies for all brands of the CWF portfolio, respecting their DNA and requirements. Negotiate, commercial terms, investments, and growth targets with major UK key accounts including Department Stores, Chain Stores, and Multi-brands Ecom and stores. Design tailored strategies to develop dropship and marketplace as well as affiliation operations in collaboration with dedicated HQ team. Ensure that commercial policies are communicated to the market and monitor their implementation. Closely monitor sell-out performance and ensure appropriate action plan is in place to respond accordingly. Work with the commercial team and key partners to monitor stock levels and propose reorders to prevent shortages of best-selling products. In collaboration with the key account manager, manage corners, pop-ups, and in-store staff. Budget & reporting: Plan and validate sales and marketing budgets with senior management. Manage showroom and commercial team expenses along with UK MD. Management: Lead the UK wholesale team including showroom and virtual presentations, order negotiation, client appointments, and prepare team prospection, partners visits and key accounts training. Lead commercial team in seasonal market feedback, product review and seminars/webinars. Ensure strong commercial team engagement with back-office services in England and France HQ (credit control, customer service, HR, brand approval). Successful candidates will have : A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the premium/lifestyle fashion industry as a key account or sales manager. Ideally, good understanding of the UK & Ireland childrenswear market. Strong commercial acumen ‘Go and get it done’ approach Comprehensive knowledge of all major players in the UK market, from sports to luxury, along with relevant networking Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to lead and develop a commercial team Good understanding of SMUs, dropship, marketplace, affiliation & franchise programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
