Job summary Be a qualified pharmacy technician seeking to gain further experience whilst carrying out a broad range of duties including drug history taking, assessment of patient's own drugs supply of medicines, supply of medicines, dispensing and issuing of medicines, aseptic preparation, procurement and distribution and stock control within the Pharmacy Department and across the Trust. Main duties of the job A technician is required to support the rotational pharmacy team in our very busy pharmacy department. This challenging position combines the duties of in-patient dispensary and out-patient dispensary, procurement, aseptic production and the supervision and training of assistants and students.
