Salesforce Ben is looking for a client-facing project manager with experience overseeing marketing campaigns and/or content creation, ideally from a marketing agency background.

As a Campaign Manager, you will be working with some of the most innovative companies in the technology world. You will be responsible for amplifying their marketing strategy through our wide variety of services — including sponsored content, advertisements and more.
Responsibilities:
o Building and nurturing relationships with our sponsors, ensuring they get the best service possible
o Overseeing the creation and publication of sponsored posts (articles), AppAssessors (product overviews), and website adverts (banners, pop-ups etc.)
o Briefing sponsors on what they need to provide for their content or ads
o Working with our content and design teams to ensure sponsored content meets our requirements
o Liaising with sponsors to implement changes and get content ready for publication
o Managing all campaign timelines, making time for all the steps in the process and ensuring publication deadlines are met
o Promptly responding to emails, attending calls, and proactively chasing and updating sponsors on next steps and project statuses
o Creating and updating project trackers and sponsor folders
o Monitoring for content performance, creating campaign reports and helping sponsors optimise results
o Working with our Campaign Director to understand sponsors’ marketing strategy and run sponsored activities accordingly, pulling in sales team to identify new opportunities
Requirements
Required
* 1-2 years’ experience managing client / customer relationships, ideally in a marketing agency or similar setting
* Experience juggling different projects, managing timelines, working with multiple teams, ensuring deadlines are met, and keeping stakeholders updated on progress
* Experience working in Excel or Google Sheets
* Experience using project management tools like Asana
* Experience overseeing the creation of written editorial or marketing content, and / or overseeing advert campaigns
* Understanding of basic marketing principles
* Open to working in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
* Experience with analysing marketing activity performance and results
* Knowledge of the technology industry, particularly the B2B tech and software space
* Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
* Experience writing short-form copy
* Experience with graphic design
