We have an excellent opportunity for an Education Coordinator in Epsom, Surrey. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract role based remotely, working from home.

About the role
As Education Coordinator, you will report to the Education Team Leader and support the Education department by ensuring the highest levels of customer service are achieved at all times. The role requires a high level of coordination, organisation, attention to detail and building of relationships to make sure appointments and assessments happen in line with expectations and all enquiries handled effectively and in a timely manner.
About the key responsibilities:
The role of Education Coordinator involves:
1. Booking and recording all appointments and keeping relevant stakeholders updated with progress
2. Capturing, recording and updating all relevant client information on CRM system
3. Proof reading, formatting and filing of confidential reports from educational psychologists making sure they meet the required standard and hit the deadlines required
4. Working to agreed processes to ensure accuracy, compliance and meeting legal requirements as required
5. Actively contributing to improving processes, policies and procedures to help company operate efficiently
6. Liaising and developing positive working relationships with various stakeholders within schools, MAT’s and local authorities
7. Achieving agreed targets and KPI’s to contribute to company objectives and business plan
8. Supporting with the planning and organising of events, exhibitions and general marketing activity for education
9. Able to navigate and record tasks within CRM system accurately including follow up, appointment confirmation
10. Manages monthly EP timesheets to ensure orders and invoices are raised correctly and in line with month end deadlines
11. Any other reasonable tasks as agreed with your line manager
About you

About the hours and rewards
In the role of Education Coordinator your hours of work are 9am to 5pm, with no weekends or bank holiday working. As a progressive, responsible company our client is committed to supporting employee’s work / life balance.
