This forward-thinking school caters learning approaches to the individual needs of every child. This school hopes to find a talented SEND teaching assistant with experience of 1-2-1 support work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Working on a 1-2-1 basis with children with autism
2. Supporting students with challenging behaviours
3. Small group work and intervention support responsibilities
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Eligibility to work in the UK or UK residency
2. Minimum of three months spent in the UK
3. Overseas criminal clearance or willingness to apply for one
4. Child enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
5. Previous experience working with SEND children
