What the day will look like Collaborate with colleagues to extract analyse, and interpret claims data, turning raw information into clear insights. Build and deliver engaging client reports, including data visualisations, trend analysis and key metrics. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality reporting. Use tools such as Excel and Power BI to refine data and deliver custom analytics solutions. Present insights to both internal teams and external clients in a clear, concise manner. Skills and experience that will lead to success. Strong analytical approach with the ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions. Proficient in Excel including functions, pivot tables and data cleansing. Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI) to build engaging and insightful dashboards. Meticulous, proactive, and organised with a strong problem-solving approach. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences. Hands on experience of working with both internal and external data Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access Database).
