Your Key Responsibilities: Implement and communicate HSE procedures across the organisation. Conduct internal audits, inspections, and report to management with improvement plans. Lead the charge in cultivating a proactive safety culture. Deliver HSE training and support at all organisational levels. Investigate incidents and near-misses, driving preventative measures. Manage HSE activities at the Devon facilities, including risk assessments and inductions. Oversee facilities maintenance and sustainability reporting for UK and global operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement. What You Bring to the Role: NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety (essential). HSE experience, preferably within manufacturing or agricultural sectors. Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation and ISO standards.
