Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. They should have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to users on various IT-related issues.
* Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
* Install and configure software applications.
* Perform basic maintenance tasks such as updating operating systems and applying security patches.
* Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
* Maintain accurate records of all technical support interactions.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
