They have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their thriving team on a temporary basis for 2-3 months. General duties: Order processing and order management in a timely detailed manner Telephone enquiries and customer service calls Appointment planning with clients Dealing with customer complaints Liaison with production team, sales and operations teams Pricing for individual accounts by collating all information from a central location Managing own workload while also using shared sales inboxes Due to the nature of the business you will need an empathetic approach to customer needs.
