Ashley Kate HR & Finance are delighted to be working alongside our very well established charitable client as they recruit for a Digital Learning & Development Business Partner to join their well established and growing L&D Team. The company have a strong presence in their field and are extremely passionate about what they do, which is mirrored in their people focused culture.
Based in Cheadle on a hybrid basis, the Digital L&D Business Partner will report into the Senior L&D BP, and manage 1 direct report. You'll feel part of a successful and valued HR function, and drive collaborative working during this exciting time of growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Work in partnership with the Senior L&D BP to execute an L&D strategy to meet current and future business needs.
2. Operate as a business partner to understand the digital needs of the business, procuring, designing and delivering learning and development activity to support this.
3. Maximise opportunities to embed digital or blended learning solutions, whilst keeping abreast of upcoming technologies.
4. Assist the Senior L&DBP with developing and executing L&D solutions that can respond to an increasingly digital era.
5. Ensure regular communication with all key departments through the Business Partner model.
6. Use technological advances to enhance our learner journeys through high quality learner content and experience management.
7. Act as a mentor to the wider L&D team to build skill and capacity around business partnering and digital maturity.
The successful candidate will be forward thinking, and be passionate about collaboration and people development. You will have experience in the above areas, be strong in digital design, and utilising technology to enhance learner journeys, and have experience in people management.
