As a QHSE Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring that Health & Safety standards are met and exceeded across the business. You'll work closely with different teams, helping to drive safety initiatives, maintain quality systems, and support day-to-day operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the delivery of the company's Health & Safety strategic plan - you'll be right at the heart of it all!
Taking minutes in meetings, updating action logs, and handling sensitive information.
Assisting with the implementation of corrective actions following incident investigations (because safety always comes first!).
Supporting various forums and working groups across the business to encourage engagement and improvement.
Managing the Health & Safety SharePoint site - keeping everything up to date and accessible.
Reporting and administering QHSE platforms, ensuring data is accurate and timely.
