Role Overview
As the Client Services Manager based in Edinburgh, you will be the primary point of contact for our US clients regarding MSP roles. Your responsibilities will encompass client relationship management, administrative support, and ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for US-based clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on MSP roles.
* Administrative Support: Handle all administrative duties related to MSP roles, including utilizing our database to put new roles on the system.
* Leadership & Planning: Support the team by helping assign roles and outline day plans, ensuring workload is evenly distributed and aligned with client priorities.
* Process Management: Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and timelines, collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations.
* Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and other relevant metrics to clients and senior management.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and implement best practices to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Experience: Proven experience in client services, recruitment coordination, or administrative roles within the recruitment industry.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and candidates.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
* Time Zone Management: Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate US client needs, our team typically works 1p-10p to accommodate the US Time zones.
