£32,550 per annum + company van and fuel card
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced plumber to join our team in Exeter. Working with Exeter City Council on a variety of residential works, in occupied, void properties and communal areas, our team produces work to the highest standards and delivers outstanding customer service.
As a plumber, you will undertake response maintenance works on the ECC Response Contract, including out of hours cover (approx. 1 week in 4). Experience is required in all maintenance plumbing including bathroom/wet room installs, hot water cylinders, and leak detection.
You will be dealing with pipe work, fitting sanitary wear, fixing leaks, and renewing plumbing parts.
Participate in call out cover if and when required to ensure contract compliance and service user satisfaction for emergency repairs.
Role Criteria:
* Tiling experience.
* On-the-job experience.
* Hold a Full UK Driving License.
* Be a great team player as well as having the ability to work on your own initiative.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
