Working for a forward-thinking manufacturing business based in Mildenhall, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and contracts team.
Duties to Include:
1. Raising production paperwork
2. Updating project trackers
3. Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
4. Creating certificates and customer handover packs
5. Updating databases
6. Filing and file maintenance
7. Answering customer telephone enquiries
Experience/Skills Required:
1. Organised and capable of meeting tight deadlines
2. Accuracy and attention to detail
3. Good written communication skills
4. IT literate
5. Team-focused
6. Able to communicate at all levels
Hours of Work:
08.30 - 17.30 Monday - Friday
