ECOMMERCE MANAGER
Location – Brand Hub - Huddersfield
Department – Marketing, Creative and eCommerce
Reports to – Head of Marketing
Direct reports – Content Assistant(s)
Main Job Purpose
The e-Commerce Manager is accountable for running of portfolio of websites. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will have ultimate responsibility for online development, revenue generation and growth.
Key Performance Measures (KPMs)
These are the expected deliverables of the role and will be aligned to the probation period and performance development review (PDR) process:
Managing 4 transactional apparel and footwear sites on the Shopify platform.
Manage agency and freelance marketing resource.
Manage activations based around the promotions calendar.
Lead on initiatives and projects to improve customers online experience and increase sales.
Monitoring, reporting and improving all online KPIs.
Work closely with the brand teams to ensure all guidelines are met.
Functional and/or Technical Skills
Microsoft 365 Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Experience of Shopify and Klavio
Good eye for detail
Commercial awareness
